In the Matthew account it tells us they ate the Passover (Matt. 26:19-20.) Jesus then tells of his betrayal and when Judas asks "is it I?" (vs. 25) Jesus says "Thou hast said." After this it describes the Memorial. There is no mention of Judas as to whether he left before the Memorial or stayed.
The Mark account is identical to the Matthew account as regarding Judas.
The Luke account is different. According to Luke they sit down to eat the Passover meal. Jesus then institutes the Memorial. Then Jesus tells about his betrayal and says "The hand of him that betrayeth me is on the table."
While at first glance this might tend to completely validate the thought that Judas did in fact partake of the Memorial, but as we take a closer look we find that Luke then goes on to describe the strife about who should be the greatest amongst the disciples (Luke 22:24.) This event took place several days earlier when they were approaching Jerusalem (Matt. 20:20-28; Mark 10:35-45.)
The general case for Judas having a resurrection is: He was not begotten of the Holy Spirit and hence he was not a new creature in Christ. Therefore he had not given up his hope for an earthly resurrection in the Kingdom.
If this is the case, what then do the words of our Lord mean when he said "The Son of man goeth as it is written of him: but woe unto that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! it had been good for that man if he had not been born."
