Our study comes from verse 18. Psa. 89:18, The LORD is our defence.

# Question Answer
1. In verse 13, who is this Thou, that has a mighty Arm? – Psa 110:1,5; Isa 40:10-11; Isa. 52:10; Rom 14:9; SS Vol 5, page 49

In the Old Testament references "thou" is Jehovah God. Rom. 14:9 refers to Christ Jesus after his resurrection.
2(A). Jehovah God has 4 great attributes, which one is the foundation of His throne? – Isa 66:1; Psa 97:2; 1 Samuel 15:22; Prov 16:12; Prov 21:3; Jer 50:5-7

Justice.
(B). How will this attribute be enacted in the Kingdom? – Acts 17:31 (what is the correct thought of judge, in this verse?) – John 12:47-48; Isa 28:17

R2431:4
3(A). What other attribute provided a ransom, when father Adam transgressed Gods Law? – 1 John 4:8-10
How was this shown in the Most Holy of the Tabernance? – Ex. 37:6-9; T page 125.

Love. God's 4 attributes are shown in the ark of the covenant. The Lid (mercy-seat) upon which all is based is justice. God's wisdom is shown by the shekinah light – (Exo. 25:22; Num. 7:89; Isa. 37:16.) Love and power are shown by the two angels looking down to the mercy-seat (justice) waiting for justice to be satisfied. In the temple these two cherubim are shown on the wall where they are in full flight.
  (B) What did Justice demand, and what did Love and Power provide? – Ex 21:23-24; Rom 3:10; Psa 49:7; John 3:16; 1 Tim 2:5-6; SS. Vol 5, Pages: 421, 470-472

4. Who is referred to in verses 89:15-18, that are blessed to know the joyful sound? – Luke 2:8-11; Heb 10:20; John 14:6; Rev 14:1-3

The word for "joyful sound" is Strong's H8643. This is the exact same word used in Lev. 25:9 to describe "the jubilee" trumpet being sounded. This tells us then that "Blessed is the people who know the sound of the (antitypical) jubilee trumpet." – See Vol. 2 Study VI
5. In verse 20, who does David represent? – Acts 13:22-23; John 1:41; Luke 4:18-19; Gal 3:27-29; Rom 8:16-18

6. In verses 19 to 37, we find the mercies of Christ Jesus and the Church listed, that came first to our Lord Jesus, and then to the Church. What are some of them? – Acts 10:38; 1 Pet 5:10; Matt 4:11; Luke 22:42-43; Heb 2:10; Heb 12:23; 1 Cor 15:20,23

7. In verse 29, who is his seed that will live for ever? – 1 Cor 15:21-22; Isa 51:11; 1 Cor 2:9; Isa 35:10; John 3:36
